We met on a trip to the Grand Canyon with the ISU Outdoor Program and have been traveling together ever since.  Mr. Brewer loves to climb 14,000 foot mountains; Mrs. Brewer, not so much, but she'll go to treeline.  Mr. Brewer is not nearly as fond of train travel as Mrs. Brewer.  Other than that, we travel really well together.  We dragged our son, Alex, around a lot when he was little, and he has since visited Antarctica and Europe.  The travel bug is contagious, and we hope our students will be "bitten" and begin to dream of their own travels.
